Beer description
Brown with a creamy beige head and lovely smoky nose. Medium-bodied, good malty base with hints of caramel and smoke. The smokyness is not overpowering, but works well. This is kind of a milder version of a Franconian smoked/Schlenkerla, but definitely with a pleasant smoky character. Shy earthy hops in the finish. Very good to accompany their pork roast from the ancient Slavonic oven below the ground.
