Oak Fermented Rustic Saison
Swords to Plowshares was mashed low with Pilsner, Vienna, and Spelt Malt, along with additions of malted wheat and flaked Triticale. It was hopped with a blend of Tettnang, Styrian, Golding, and Cascade, and fermented in one of our American oak foudres with a special blend of highly attenuating yeast.
