Were you supposed to go berry picking in the bogs and swamps again this autumn, but somehow you just didn't get around to it? Well, alternatively, you can sit down and crack open this beer as a berry picking substitute.sylva is a long-aged, suitably sour beer aged in Tokaji wine barrels, with flavours of jam and honeysuckle. Easy to vape the jam wort without going there. 😉 Unlike Meadow, another of our Tokaji barrel-aged sour beers, Sylva is fruitier, "wilder", more tart and carbonated.
