More than 100 years after Theodor Schiøtz offended his last civil servant, his spirit still lives on at the brewery. Like him, we take pride in exceeding expectations. This IPA is brewed with Mosaic, Motueka, and Citra hops, as well as a dash of rhubarb and elderflower, which complement the fruity hop character. We have omitted bitter hops, so you don't have to deal with the dry bitterness.
