The beer is a pale honey-colored imperial IPA with Simpsons Malt Limited Single Malt Golden Promise malt and pleasantly balanced bitterness of Columbus, Citra and Cascade hops. The result is a brilliantly clear and refreshing IPA with a soft palate and a well-hidden 8% ABV.
