She cut her teeth on the streets of Panama as a child, it was there she was educated on the ‘import/export’ business by one of the darkest characters around. This wasn’t an education you got in university or found in books, you got your hands dirty doing this. A bit of dirt never bothered her, she may look young and innocent but she is as dark and complex as this stout. A smooth, full-bodied malt-driven beer with flavours of dark roasted grains, coffee, biscuit and toffee, rounded off with a hit of chocolate sweetness from the addition of lactose and Ratio cacao nibs direct from a farm in Panama. This beer may have a hint of sweetness but she does not.
