Beer description

THE HART is a Saison brewed with Pilsner, Vienna, and Wheat malt, and hopped with Loral and French Strisselspalt. It was fermented with a house mixed culture in neutral wine barrels, where it continued to age for a number of months. Refermented in the bottle with brett.
