Co-Conspirators - The Leader

Sometimes leaders redefine the term, some leaders punch above their weight and good leaders definitely know how to collaborate. Which brings me to this beer: we’ve co-conspired with NZ hops and Carwyn Cellars on this Cold IPA. Re-defining IPA by using a lager yeast fermented cold to let the hops shine through! Wai-iti and Eldorado offer punchy aromas and flavours of peaches, apricot and tropical fruit. This different brewing process gives the beer a dry, refreshing finish and low bitterness leaving you wanting to vote this beer in for a second term ahem I mean sip.
