Fermentation
Beer description
Co-Conspired with Behemoth, they skipped over the Tasman Sea and hopped into the brewery to make something special. The Skipper utilises Dip Hopping, a technique used to accentuate pleasant hop aromas whilst suppressing hop off flavours. We created a hop tea in the fermenter (steeping hops in the fermenter) and then adding the wort (unfermented beer) on top. The hops bring a complex combination of dank, white wine grapes, berries, tropical fruit and candied fruit in a velvety IPA that still remembers IPA’s once had bitterness!
