Beer description
A high fermentation beer brewed with a blend of English and German malts, very sweet water rich in chlorides, American and New Zealand hops and yeast of Anglo-Saxon origin.
Golden in colour, it has a delicate bitterness, a good malty base and a hopiness that is present but not excessive, typical of the style, with hints of yellow fruit and citrus fruits.
The low alcohol content makes it an ideal beer to drink in warmer periods.
