Beer description

Blank filtered sun-yellow full-bodied beer, fine-pored foam, mildly hopped with Hallertau Tradition and Hallertau Perle. In the heart of Lower Bavaria, in beautiful Aldersbach, lies a former Cistercian monastery. The church, decorated in magnificent baroque style, is world-famous. And the brewery? It is one of the oldest in the world. A letter of arbitration from Count Albert von Hals from 1268 attests to early brewing within the monastery walls. Bright yellow. Fresh grassy hop notes and a hint of hay emanate from the white head. Mild on the palate. Balanced and round. For carefree drinking pleasure.

Refreshing taste, beautiful color and head. Goes down smooth. Packaging looks great too, good for the Biergarten.
