Vermouth Gin Table started as a blend of our wheat blonde sour base fermented in a combination of neutral oak wine barrels and Captive Spirits Gin barrels. The blend was then transferred in to a combination of Red and White Italian Vermouth barrels and aged for a full year. Refermented in the bottle with Brett.
