Beer description

Our Belgian-style sour beer, matured for months in wooden barrels, has a complex flavour profile. The nose is reminiscent of dried fruit and sour cherry, while the palate reveals flavours of dried plum, caramel and woody aromas from the red wine barrels in which our beer was allowed to mature. These flavours are framed by a pleasant, long-lasting acidity.
