The Wiesener Räuberbock glows in the glass with an amber hue and ruby-red highlights. The creamy white head is fine-pored and firm, resting atop the rising carbonation.
On the nose, subtle hints of caramel and malt can be detected. Thanks to over three months of aging in the cellar, the carbonation is incredibly elegant, nestled between the warm, alcoholic body and subtle nuances of caramel and sweet aromas.
This sensory experience is rounded out by floral, barely perceptible hop aromas.
