Alder - Zelena

A bottom-fermented beer inspired by Czech pils. Bohemian Floor Pils, or traditionally ground pils malt, gives a malty base with intense honey notes, light breadiness and a deep golden colour. The use of only selected Saaz hops gives the characteristic herbaceous and spicy notes typical of the style.
