Unusual ingredients in an unusual style — we combined cranberries, rose hips, and juniper berries into a light, sour Gose beer, which we brewed in collaboration with the Finnish brewery Tuju. The recipe brings together flavors and ingredients that are at home in the forests of both the Czech and Finnish landscapes.
