Zichovec - 12 Fresh Saaz Special 2025

One of the best times of the year for every brewer is definitely the hop harvest, so like every year we brew beers from modern Czech hops in fresh head form. This year we chose the Saaz Special variety, which was created by crossing the classic ŽPČ. Fresh Saaz Special brings the maximum from the fresh heads of the Saaz Special variety – herbal notes, higher bitterness in a full malt base.
