Beer description
To get a really strong hop character we went for a blend of Mega Terps hops with Nectaron and Motueka. These hops offer a really big aromatic potential and show flavours of grapes, fresh citrus and ripe tropical fruits. We have also used a blend of Verdant and Pomona yeasts in the beer, which have a high biotransformation ability, i.e. the ability to transform the aromatic compounds in the hops, thus bringing a more complex and intense hop expression. The beer is also designed to be very fermented with a dry finish to really let the hop character shine through.
