We were given the opportunity to brew a birthday beer for the legendary Berlin bar Muted Horn. We settled on a light drinkable lager hopped heavily with hops grown in Germany: German Amarillo and Tango. Look forward to the combination of drinkability, bitterness and fruitiness of modern hops.
