Zichovec - Křen 12

Křen is a beer that doesn't mince words. Stylistically, it is based on German gose, but its taste is completely unique. We added a generous dose of fresh horseradish to the base, which brings a sharp pungency, freshness, and unmistakable character. We complemented it with a pinch of fresh dill, which adds a slightly herbal tone to the beer and, together with the typical saltiness, creates a surprisingly balanced and flavorful whole. The acidity holds everything together nicely and gives the beer a refreshing bite. The result? A beer like horseradish.
