Beer description

Mosaic ALE was our first ALE that we brewed at the brewery. The first batch was called the Wedding Ale, which we brewed for the wedding of one of the master brewers. Since then we have had it in permanent offer under the name Mosaic ALE. The beer is golden in color with creamy, stable foam. Intense citrus fruits can be smelled in the aroma, the body is lemony with slightly malty tones. Low to medium saturation.

APA, blond, unfiltriert, ordentliche Blume, würzig, gepflegt herb, feine fruchtige und kräutrige Hopfennoten, süffig, schmeckt sehr gut.
