Beer description
The combination of Czech tradition and Italian elegance in the form of Italian Pilsner, which was created as a cooperative batch with the Italian brewery Bibibir. Eraclea Pilsner Malt from the Italian coast and the combination of Czech Saaz Shine with German Tettnanger provide a fresh hop character complemented by a subtle spiciness and balanced floral and herbal aroma. Decoction mashing and light dry-hopping give the beer a traditional and modern dimension.
