For us, that’s Hungarian brewery Brew Your Mind, whose uncompromisingly beautifully crafted New England IPAs stand at the very top of European brewing in our eyes; and getting a glimpse into the minds of the brewers behind these legendary beers is simply an experience that’s hard to replicate.
