Fate brought the three founders of Black Forest Brewing together in quite unusual ways: Steffen, Manuel and Dominic. It all starts in 2014 with a simple idea. Steffen is currently completing his dual studies as a brewing and beverage technologist and is totally fascinated by the emerging craft beer scene in Munich. Beer in Germany is suddenly being completely rethought, with crazy varieties and colorful packaging. The possibilities seem endless to him.
