Bolton Beer Works

Bolton Beer Works opened in 2004, dedicated to making small batches of beer exclusively for the restaurant and wedding operations. As a farm, they believe that everything offered on site should be made on site using products grown on their farm or from other local farmers. Over the years as their beers grew in popularity, they began increasing their operations, started growing hops, began sourcing local grains, incorporating other fruits and herbs grown on the farm into their seasonal beers.
