Description
Branta refers to the genus of sea geese. Like the Ringed Geese (Branta bernicla) and White-cheeked Geese (Branta leucopsis), which visit each year in spring and autumn hundreds of thousands of North Frisian coasts. Here they rest and feed for their further flight into the breeding and wintering areas. At Branta you brew with the seasons, home-made yeasts and local raw materials. All your beers get a natural bottle fermentation and mature for up to 3 months before they go on sale. They brew on the dike in Nordfriesland, fill in on site and distribute directly. They share the premises together with the Ebbüller Brauhaus in Emmelsbüll-Horsbüll.
