Cantina Errante

Every living organism, including a brewery, is immersed in its Umwelt: an environment of relationships, some known and some unknown, that is constantly changing. We think the best way to get to know our surroundings is to lose ourselves in them, with awareness. To lose oneself by knowing. Wandering. Cantina Errante is the trace of our explorations of materials, processes and stories, in the form of fermentations.
