Elegast makes traditional cider from apples grown in Dutch orchards. We make a natural cider from pure juice. Elegast harvests and presses itself and achieves a unique flavor complexity through the slow fermentation in the winter months. No added sulphites, vegan and gluten-free. With our cider we give new impetus to the historical standard orchards full of natural values. You can accompany us on the harvest days in autumn. All year round you can visit our tasting room to try our hard and wild ciders, barrel-aged ciders and fruit wines.
