We currently produce beers in small quantities (5 to 40 hl) in three different small and medium-sized breweries. The focus is on historical beer styles of the city of Münster such as Grut or Keut and on raw materials from the Münsterland. All of our beers are based on original recipes that we developed ourselves. We produce test brews in small quantities by hand, which are refined to market maturity. This process takes one to two years for each type of beer.
