Description
After completing a brewing seminar together, we purchased a 50-litre brewing system to brew our first beer. The first brewing day and thus the birth of the "Hofstatt Bräu" microbrewery took place in June 2022 and was a complete success. Before the end of 2022, we purchased a second identical brewing system to increase the brewing volume to 100 litres per brewing process.
Since then, we have been brewing regional craft beer from fresh spring water with a lot of joy, diligence and passion. From "A to Z" or from brewing to bottling, all steps are carried out in-house.
