Suelen and Henrique Presser after making their own beers at home for friends and family with modest 20-liter productions, began to see the opportunity to invest in a new business: the production of draft beer and specialty beers on a commercial scale. To manufacture on a commercial scale it was necessary to improve their knowledge, they traveled a lot, researched the market and, in May 2009, Klein inaugurates its facilities with a production capacity of 20,000 liters per month in the city of Campo Largo in Paraná , the capital of china. First beers ... At first they decided to produce 3 styles of draft beer: Klein pilsen, draft pure malt following the German purity law, the reinheitsgebot, which allows only water, malt, hops and yeast to be used. Klein Stout traditional draft beer in Ireland and Europe and Klein decided to innovate by adding nitrogen to its formulation making the draft beer more creamy and lighter. Klein Brown Ale that takes malts that give the beer a nutty aroma and flavor that resembles caramel. Great Success ... In 2011, Klein enters the beer market with a filling capacity of 2,000 bottles per hour. Its production of 10 styles of beers, is currently found in the best sales points of beers in Brazil producing and seeking innovation for its products and with periodic launches in the market.
