In 2004, beer lovers teamed up with Pascal Paradis, an experienced brewer, to launch a brand new brewery offering top quality products. Opened under the name RESTO PUB LA TOUR À BIÈRES, the company first runs its production in its bistro / brasserie located at 517 Racine Street East, borough of Chicoutimi in Saguenay, Quebec.
