Traditional brewing craftsmanship with 440-year-old recipes meets state-of-the-art technology and the highest quality standards at the Schnitzlbaumer Private Brewery. In the historic buildings of the brewery, excellent beer is created from old traditions and fresh ideas. Time, often referred to as the fifth ingredient, plays a significant role. The beers are allowed to age in the natural climate of the historic cellar vaults for six to eight weeks until they reach optimal maturity and quality.
