Bierbeschreibung
In the 18th century, British brown ales were brewed to a variety of strengths, ranging anywhere between 3-9% ABV. Around 1800, brewers stopped producing these types of beers as consumer demand shifted to darker porters and stouts. The term "brown ale" was revived at the end of the 19th century when London brewer Mann introduced a beer with that name. Their Sweet Brown Ale pours a deep amber-brown color, with flavors of sweet caramel and chocolate.
