33 Acres of Sisu is seasonal sahti: a Finnish farmhouse ale. This ancient style goes back centuries, to a time before production breweries existed. Traditionally made by women in the local villages, sahti was flavoured with juniper branches to balance out the beer’s malt sweetness. Sisu, then, is perseverance. Dedication. Strength of will. It celebrates the little victories.
