Our Sir Wallace is already a winter beer par excellence, but this winter edition will seduce scotch ale lovers even more. Discover this version made with a blend of young scotch ale and scotch ale aged in rum and bourbon barrels. In addition to the malty, roasted and caramelized flavours, the roundness and woody notes of bourbon add to its sumptuous fruity finish, thanks to the rum barrel. Sip on this one by the fire, but beware, because it hides its high alcohol content very well!
