Crescendo series is all about selecting and blending mixed-fermentation barrels once they’ve reached their climax, or Crescendo, if you will. Brewery then pairs the beer up with a particular fruit to really make it sing. Crescendo #5 - Key Lime Crescendo - is a variety blend of sour blonde ale aged in white wine barrels for one year.
