A robust base saison with big blackberry additions to create a big fruity farmhouse ale, enhanced with fresh UK Jester hops in cask to further enhance the dark fruit tones and fresh UK Godiva hops in keg, to bring out a subtle spiciness – both with a slight tartness to give it perfect balance.
