Selfmade - Angry Notion

Notion means "point of view" in English. This brew is our angry point of view on how different a beer can be with so many fruits and berries. Angry Notion is a logical continuation of the Mad Notion series, where we continue to experiment with fruit and berry ingredients. This time we mixed pear and blueberry puree with Sour Ale base on yoghurt sourdough and hopped with Cascade and Motueka. To fully understand our point of view, we recommend turning the can over a couple of times before opening it!
