Apex Predator Legend

Legend's concentrated malt flavours and aromas of toffee, rich light caramel, fresh biscuits and roasted nuts combine with intense plum, raisin and sweet fruit esters to resemble a Christmas cake. Aged in bourbon barrels to develop spicy grain, honey and vanilla oak characters that provide complexity and a lingering warmth on the tongue. Heavier dishes to compete with the overall flavours – glazed lamb chops/pork chops/ham, thick & sharp risotto, charcuterie, Christmas cake!
