Apple Tree Cider - Apple & Elderflower Cider

The cider is a rich straw colour with green hints. The aromas are of crisp citrus fruit and delicate floral notes. The palate is awash with flavours of fresh braeburn apples, with hints of lemons, lime and tropical notes. The flavours are supported by the crisp acidity of the fresh braeburns and a rich texture is associated with zero filtration and the hint of elderflower.
