Ascension Brewing - Champing At the Pit

Peaches and cider is nothing new, but there’s always room for improvement. The ethos of Ascension is to try and let every element of the blend shine through and I think we nailed it. Wild Cider, sweet juice and some amazing peaches combined to make a summer smasher that sells out super fast every year. Champing At The Pit got its name from a song by the Buffalo Hardcore legends Every Time I Die. The live shows they put on are so fiercely chaotic, yet so fun and unifying at the same time. It was after being to one of these shows that I named this cider.
