Fermentation in an oak barrel on spent black currants, using a blend of our house saison yeast, Brettanomyces and the “ginger bug” and spent ginger from a batch of Miranda’s flagship ginger beer. This is a dry, crisp beer, with notes of ruby red grapefruit. IPA drinkers might even like this!
