Atwood Triticale

Brewed with a large percentage of malted triticale (a wheat-rye hybrid grain), as well as malted wheat and barley. Triticale adds earthy, spicey flavor that complements the stone fruit and mild barnyard characters obtained from a mixed culture primary fermentation with Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces yeasts.
