Cold IPA... a little-known style that came into being in 2018, and that we still don't come across very often.
All the more reason, then, to brew one with joy and pedal power!
Take a Pilsner malt base with 30% rice flakes, bottom-fermenting yeast used at top-fermenting temperature, hopping worthy of an IPA and bingpot! It's a Cold IPA.
And even if it meant brewing a style of beer we didn't know much about, we took the opportunity to experiment with hops we knew very little about: Cashmere and Loral.
A duo that brings delicate floral, lemony and melon notes.
A great way to quench your thirst on the way to the bistro, after cycling to work! ??♀
