Baileson Honey Nugget

Brewed with a grain bill consisting of half wheat malt, half barley malts and roughly 50 lbs of Burleson’s clover honey per batch, Honey Nugget wheat ale is as flavorful as it is crushable. The sweetness of the honey ferments out early in the beer's fermentation, leaving behind nuances of the soft white wheat, clover honey, and herbal earth tones from the noble Tettnanger hops. This beer is named for half of our name-sake, our blonde bombshell, Jameson.
