Bakers Roasted and Toasted

The color of Aspen Leaves turning, our fall saison features roasted tomatillos and toasted cumin for a light apple-citrus flavor up front followed by the warming spice of toasted cumin before leading to a slightly tart finish from roasting the tomatillos.
