Citrus esters of our Saison yeast and a Mandarina Bavaria dry-hop perfectly meld with the grapefruit zest and hops used in Bimini’s proprietary botanical medley. An earthy, barnyard finish is provided by a cocktail of over 10 different Brettanomyces strains.
