Big Belly Brewing - BARON - BREDAAS WIT

Die Big Belly Bar is located in the port of Breda, which is perfect for bringing this type of beer to Holland. Between 1550 and 1750, this was one of the most popular beers requested throughout the Netherlands. We brewed it according to a traditional recipe from the Breda city archives, with a high proportion of oats and buckwheat. Instead of the (Belgian) South Brabant variation with coriander, we added a small amount of juniper for a touch of citrus freshness.
