Bastards Wanted #3 - Neve No Deserto

Snow in the Desert by the home brewery Andanzas is the beer of choice in the third edition of the Wanted project by Bastards Brewery. It is a dark sour ale with raspberry, acidified through the Kettle Sour process. It is an unusual dark beer, without the flavor or aroma of roasted malts.
